ISO 9001

With ISO 9001 certification, you acknowledge the importance of quality control in your product or service. With this certificate, you demonstrate that the processes work as intended and designed and that you are committed to continuous improvement.

Advantages of ISO 9001 Certification

With a management system for quality, you can manage quality in line with your organisation’s objectives. The standard is broad in scope, allowing you to include both your own processes and those of your suppliers, giving you better insight into the entire production chain.

In addition, a quality management system has the benefit of better managing inputs, processing and outputs, leading to further streamlining of the process and ultimately increasing quality. Research shows that companies that successfully implement an ISO 9001 achieve more sales.

Finally, there is also a commercial benefit to having quality certification. Customers and suppliers know that you maintain a certain level of quality. This lets you radiate that quality is valued.

Do you have questions about an ISO 9001 audit, or have your customers requested an assurance statement? Or would you like to discuss the possibilities for improving the control of your own processes? We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

What can you expect from an ISO 9001 audit?

The auditor will test the organisation with the goal of determining whether it meets the requirements of the standard and therefore qualifies for ISO 9001 certification.

During an audit, the auditor will look at the formulation of the quality policy and test whether the policy and associated processes and procedures are being used as intended to meet the quality objectives. The auditor will look at what quality requirements are adhered to, what types of processing take place and what measures are taken, to ensure quality.

Your auditor is thus an important part of your organisation to ensure quality: With this external view, you get an independent assessment of all the things that are well regulated and a clear view of the things that need further improvement.
